Adventist Community Services (ACSC) is a non-profit humanitarian outreach of the Seventh-day Adventist church whose mission it is to serve the poor and hurting, all in the name of Jesus Christ.   Individuals in need (fire, flood, other crisis) as referred by local agencies such as Becker County Human Services, Mahube, or the Crisis Center, are provided with specific items such as clothing, bedding and/or kitchen items free of charge.

ACSC is also open to the public as a Thrift Store with very reasonable prices. Donations of good used clothing, shoes, household & kitchen goods, books, and toys are accepted during these same hours. We also accept a few select items of furniture as space allows. A tax-deductible receipt is available upon request.

As a non-profit all proceeds are donated to worthy charities including the Becker County Food Pantry, Hospice of Detroit Lakes and Drug Awareness programs offered locally as well as Health & Wellness programs presented by the Seventh-day Adventist church. We are a community service center, whose primary function is to serve our community.

We are co-located with Adventist Christian School and Church, at 404 Richwood Road, Detroit Lakes, MN. For further information, please call (218) 847-0067
